Hey there, I’m Wes, the owner here at New Road Productions in Austin, TX, and those two are Betty Mae & Joe :)

I started my career filming documentary TV shows for networks like HGTV, Travel Channel, Discovery, National Geographic, and Food Network.

After moving to Texas, I ended up getting into wedding videography, and that’s when I found my true passion—capturing meaningful moments for couples. Not long after, I added wedding photography to the mix, and I’ve been doing both professionally since 2010.

On your wedding day, I bring the experience I gained from working on high-budget TV shows to craft a wedding film that’s not only beautiful, but also tells your unique story. I pride myself on keeping things authentic, vibrant, and creative, all while staying unobtrusive. My goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and involved in the process, so the final product is something you’ll absolutely love.

When I’m not filming weddings, I love spending time with my son, Cameron, catching a good movie, trying out new restaurants, or just hanging out at home with our pups, Betty Mae, Joe, and Bonnie (who was likely snoozing during that picture!).
